Tyler Herro will once again be unavilable for the Miami Heat as they take on the Denver Nuggets in Game 4 of the NBA Finals.
Tyler Herro had surgery to repair a broken hand suffered in the first round of the playoffs against the Milwaukee Bucks.
Herro absence a blow for the Heat
Herro who averaged 20 points per game in the regular season is still not cleared to return to action and that is quite a blow for the Heat who could use his scoring as they trail 2-1 in the series to the Denver Nuggets.
“You have to go through stages,” Miami coach Erik Spoelstra said.
“First part of it was just shooting, then movement, then contact versus coaches, and then the next level of contact in practice. He has not been cleared for a game, and he is still not cleared yet.”
