Elaine has made headlines in the recent past with speculation that she had relocated to Florida to train under coach Rana Reider. This came after she parted ways with Reynaldo Walcott after working with him for about a year.
However, her management confirmed that she was in Florida solely for treatment purposes and had yet to join any training camp.

Jamaican legend Gregory Haughton had shared a video claiming that but he further clarified after Elaine Thompson-Herah’s management reached out.
“At the end of the day, I respected the fact the call was made, and I also appreciated the fact that they took the time to listen to what I had to say regarding my intentions behind it all,” Gregory Haughton said.
