Julien Alfred has been impressive this season and she might just be out to shut down the Stade de France in the women’s sprinting scene at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
Alfred is looking to double in the 100m and 200m at the Olympics. The 23-year-old from Saint Lucia was unbeaten in the indoor season as she culminated her indoor season with a win at the World Indoor Championships in Glasgow, Scotland.
The world indoor 60m champion kickstarted her outdoor campaign at the Texas Invitational, finishing fourth in the 100m before her second-place finish behind Sha’Carri Richardson at the Prefontaine Classic in the 100m.

Sparks will fly as Shericka Jackson faces Julien Alfred in a 200m alongside other top sprinters tonight.
She has been nothing short of spectacular in her two recent 100m races, winning the titles at the Racers Grand Prix and proceeding to claim the top prize at the Diamond League Meeting in Monaco.
