The meeting in Monaco is the second last in the Diamond League Meeting series before the Olympic Games. The Meeting in London, scheduled for July 20, will be the final before the crème de la crème of track and field.

Tebogo hopes to extend his great form to the meeting in the build up to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games while Cheruiyot will be out to test his body ahead of the Games.

Jebitok will not be competing at the Olympics and she will just be out to get points for competing in the Diamond League Meeting final while Sedjati has plans to continue firing warning shots at his rivals.
