Noah Lyles has shown what he is capable of in a race against a YouTube star as he fired warning shots at Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill ahead of their clash.
Noah Lyles has already fired warning shots at NFL star Tyreek Hill ahead of their one-on-one race scheduled for 2025.
The reigning Olympic 100m champion raced against YouTube star IShowSpeed in a 50m race, and he did not disappoint despite having a slow start from the blocks. He compensated for that in the last 30m as he sprinted to the finish line and outsmarted the YouTuber to walk away with $100,000.
His win is undoubtedly a warning to Tyreek Hill, who claimed he could beat Noah Lyles and wear a mask to prove that he meant business. This was shortly after Noah Lyles lost the 200m title to Letsile Tebogo at the Paris Olympic Games and revealed that he had tested positive for COVID and therefore could not execute the race as planned.

'He got me this time' - Junelle Bromfield left speechless as fiancé Noah Lyles surprises her with luxurious new house
Jamaican sprint queen Junelle Bromfield was left in awe after her fiancé Noah Lyles, the Olympics 100m champion, surprised her with a luxurious new house following their engagement.
Tyreek Hill also had a problem with Noah Lyles mentioning that Super Bowl champions are not ‘world champions’ and urged the American sprint king to focus on what he knows best, running on the track.
In response, Noah Lyles claimed that the Miami Dolphins wide receiver is ‘just chasing clout’ and that if he wanted an actual race, he should show up and stop speaking on social media. Noah Lyles also gave conditions before committing to race against Tyreek Hill.
“I mean, if somebody wants to sponsor the event and we’re racing for millions of dollars and it’s on a track and we’re running 100 meters, then sure, we can race,” the three-time world 200m champion told NBC News.
“But it has to be legit. I’m not here to do gimmicks. You’re racing against a guy who has worked his whole life to get the title of ‘the world’s fastest man,’ and you’ve worked to be a great football player. You can’t just jump the line because you’re a great football player.”
