Africa’s fastest man explained that Uganda has made huge milestones in terms of its stadium. Having travelled across a series of countries, Ferdinand Omanyala noted that the Mandela National Stadium is among one of the best.

He was impressed by the progress made since the last time he competed at the event was at the 2017 Ugandan Championships. However, his results were disqualified following a doping ban he served for 14 months.

“This is great man, if it were not for these standards, I wouldn’t be here. This stadium is up to standard, and I think you guys should bid to host a World Championship in future because the state of the art of this stadium is very good. I’ve travelled across the world, and I’ve seen stadiums so when I say it’s good, it’s good,” Ferdinand Omanyala said in an interview with Vision Sport.
