During an Instagram Q&A session, Shericka Jackson shared with her fans the biggest race in her career.

Two-time World 200m champion Shericka Jackson has shared her fondest race in her career during a Questions and Answer session on Instagram with her fans.

The double Diamond League Trophy winner (100m and 200) asked her fans to inquire about anything they would want to know about her and they did not disappoint.

She noted that her best memory related to track and field is when she won her first individual gold medal in the 200m at last year’s World Championships in Eugene, Oregon.

"I have a lot, to be honest but my first individual gold have took the cherry," she wrote.

One fan asked how the Jamaican is able to manage stress and Jackson disclosed that she does it in a couple of ways but puts God at the center of it all.

“So many ways, but I keep God in the center of it all. Pray a lot, and bawl a lot, I also go to therapy so that helps me a lot.

"I document how I feel most days so when I’m under a little stress I know what to do. Plus, my friends are my free therapy,” Jackson shared.

Meanwhile, she also disclosed where she placed her Diamond League trophies, owing to the fact that she won a double at the Prefontaine Classic.

“I have one at home which is still in the box, someone has the other one. My trophy stand is full,” she said.

She also noted that she is still in her off-season era and currently not doing any training ahead of the 2024 track and field season.

When asked about how it feels to be the fastest woman alive over the 200m, Jackson answered the fan saying: “I don’t have a clue, to be honest.”
