Multiple World champion Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce has signed a three-year deal with Swiss luxury watch company Richard Mille.
As reported by SportsMax, this is Fraser-Pryce’s first international sponsor, outside of her shoe sponsor Nike.
She joins the Richard Mille family which also includes Yohan Blake, Rafael Nadal, Wayde van Niekerk, Didier Drogba, and Fernando Alonso.
In order to promote the brand, there are plans to have Fraser-Pryce wear a Richard Mille watch at this year’s World Championships in Budapest, Hungary, where she will be hoping to win her sixth title.
Meanwhile, the two-time Olympic 100m champion has managed to make her name for herself and has become one of greatest female sprinter of all time.
She has, however, faced a major setback this season after an injury setback but she has revealed that she is slowly coming back. She intended to open her season at the Botswana Golden Grand Prix but unfortunately missed it citing personal issues.
