World's fastest woman Sha'Carri Richardson may be back in her best shape after a new training video showed her fast improvements.

A new training video of Sha'Carri Richardson has emerged that shows she may be in the fastest form she has ever been this season.

In the video, while warming up on the track ahead of a star-studded 100m race at the Prefontaine Classic Diamond League in Eugene, the world's fastest woman showed great improvements that she has been working behind the scenes after an uninspiring start to the 2024 season.

Richardson was captured practicing her start and acceleration, which showed a fast transition and running form that portrays she's in a faster shape and form as she continues preparations for the Paris Olympic Games.

This season, the world 100m champion started with two back-to-back losses in the 200m event at the Xiamen and Suzhou Diamond League, thus raising doubts if her 2023 season was just a fluke.

With the Prefontaine Classic Diamond League in Eugene set to feature a star-studded field that includes Olympic champion Elaine Thompson-Herah, Africa's fastest woman in history Marie Jose Ta Lou-Smith, and world 60m champion Julien Alfred, Richardson will be gunning for victory to regain her recognition of being the world's best female 100m sprinter.
