FOOTBALL 'I have set aside a place for my league-winning medal' - Tusker defender believes brewers will win the title this season
Jimmy Mbugua, who has shone in his two outings at right-back this season, is optimistic that Tusker will make amends given their winning experience in the last three seasons.
Richardson observed that there was no relationship between Jamaicans and Americans and she wanted to restore that on her comeback to the track.
Speaking about her relationship with the Jamaicans, she said: “I’ve enjoyed creating a sisterhood that a lot of people felt like it was impossible."
"And no matter what nobody says, I know that my demeanor and vibe have helped create that. I love sisterhood and I love women. It makes me excited to see those things by the end of the day.
"We may have ultimate respect for each other but when we get on that track we know that we want to come out first no matter what.”
She added that when she races tonight, her main focus will be to execute the race well and she believes it will all work in her favour.
Competing on home soil, she will definitely have some pressure but that does not bother her.
