Fred Kerley proved his supremacy once again, blazing to a Meeting Record at the Rabat Diamond League.
World champion Fred Kerley was unstoppable in the men's 100m events at the Rabat Diamond League, reigning supreme against the stacked field in a Meeting Record (MR) of 9.94s.
The event was the most talked about because of the caliber of elite sprinters lined up and had a controversy following the withdrawal of Olympic champion Marcell Jacobs, didn't live up to expectations with the quality of times dropped.

Marcell Jacobs pulling out of the Rabat Diamond League has caused several reactions on line, with many now believing he's actually dodging a race with Fred Kerley.
South Africa's multiple sub-10s runner Akani Simbine finished second in 9.99s, ahead of Commonwealth and African champion Ferdinand Omanyala in 10.05s.
World Junior Record holder Letsile Tebogo was fourth in a Season's Best (SB) of 10.09s, while surprised fifth place finisher is world bronze medallist Travon Bromell in 10.10s.
The next stop of the Diamond League will be in Florence, Italy on June 2nd, where Jacobs and Kerley are expected to clash, with expectations of Jacobs showing up for his home crowd.
