Noah Lyles has rewarded his girlfriend Junelle Bromfield with gifts for her performance at the Paris 2024 Olympics even though she did not medal.

Noah Lyles’ girlfriend Junelle Bromfield was gushing over her boyfriend when he gifted her several presents for her Olympics performance even though she did not win a medal in Paris.

Bromfield represented Team Jamaica in 400m, where she exited at the semi-final, and was also part of the 4x400m mixed as well as the 4x400m relays where she reached the final but did not medal.

However, that was still sufficient for the Olympics 100m champion to reward her for a job well done.

“What you get when you don’t get a medal,” Bromfield started by showing her Olympics participation certificate before revealing what she had received from her man.

"Rewards for my performance at this Olympics. I got the best boyfriend,” she added, accompanying the post with photos of gift bags from Louis Vuitton.

The two have kept celebrating their Olympics outing even after enduring mixed fortunes at the Games.

Lyles won 100m gold but was stunned by Botswana sensation Letsile Tebogo in the 200m race, settling for bronze, before later revealing he had COVID-19.

After the Paris Games, the sprinter came to the defence of Bromfield who faced a backlash from Jamaican fans for backing the American at the Olympics against sprinters from her home country.

“I just want to say how incredibly proud I am of my G [girlfriend] and give her the flowers she deserves now. She has been through so much in her life that I could never imagine fighting through,” Lyles posted on X.

“Beyond that she is a survivor, 2x Olympian, Olympic medalists, multi world championship medalist, and has been representing Jamaica on the world stage since she was 8 years old. But the most impressive thing I’ve seen recently is how she’s dealt with the pure disrespect and hatred towards her from her own country.

“This woman has been attacked by people who have never met her, heard her name before, never seen her smile, or heard what she believes in. But she keeps moving forward knowing that God will always make a way. That’s why God keeps blessing her.”
