Noah Lyles has lauded his girlfriend Junelle Bromfield for always shooting for the stars despite the tons of challenges she has faced so far.
Lyles noted that Junelle Bromfield is not one to always give up and she keeps her chin up no matter how tough the situation is, one of the things that he dearly loves about her.
The three-time world 200m champion added that Bromfield is a ‘strong warrior’, a statement his mother, Keisha Cane Bishop came up with to help the family cope during difficult times and come out on top.

Noah Lyles has lauded US teammate Fred Kerley for playing a critical role in preventing Jamaican rival Kishane Thompson from clinching the 100m gold during the Paris 2024 Olympics.
He added that Junelle Bromfield never stays down for long, explaining that she would always rise again and look forward to inspiring young people going through the challenges she is facing.
“A strong warrior is a phrase my mum coined and it definitely represents Junelle and we use it in our family when things go bad, and we’re survivors. You know in our family, we have a debate of why some people shoot for great greatness and why others are okay where they are and Junelle is definitely speaks to those persons that always shoot for greatness. You never have to ask she’s not going to stay where she is, she’s not going to stay on the ground and that’s something I love about her,” Noah Lyles told Sim Soul Sessions.
Commenting on the remarks he made about the secrets told by Bromfield concerning the Jamaicans, Lyles pointed out that he does not owe any other person an apology besides his girlfriend.

Noah Lyles’ girlfriend Junelle Bromfield has accused police officers in Jamaica for encouraging the online abuse and death threats directed her way.
He added that it is her opinions that matter and him wanting to spend the rest of his life with her means that he has to always been keen on making her feel comfortable and happy around him. Noah Lyles mentioned that, however, he did not have any ill intentions as he spoke on the podcast.
“It’s not a secret that I’ve had my share of conversations in the social space and I’ve been a hot topic for months, even years and I didn’t go there with any ill intent and unfortunately, I can’t control how people take things,” Lyles said.
“The first thing that I want to make sure is that Junelle is okay with everything because that’s whose opinions I care about. This is the person I care about and I hope to continue to live with for many years. That’s how I see it.”
