American spring king Noah Lyles has expressed his desire to claim further world titles next year in what is a warning to his rivals such as Letsile Tebogo and Kishane Thompson.
Multiple world champion Noah Lyles has seemingly sent a warning to his rivals over his intentions to win a fifth and sixth individual world title next year.
Lyles returned to training last week and has been updating his fans on his progress but his latest social media post suggests a man hungry for more.
The sprinter, who has three 200m and one 100m world titles, posted an emoji of four hourglasses, symbolizing his four world titles, while pointing an arrow to 2025, signaling his intentions to go for more.

‘That’s a high school’ - Noah Lyles trolls fiancée Junelle Bromfield over her description of Jamaican universities
Noah Lyles was brutal in his response to fiancé Junelle Bromfield when she described her version of a university after she was taken aback by the huge size of American institutions.
Lyles won his first 100m world title at the 2023 World Championships, adding it onto the 200m he claimed at the same event, having also won gold over the distance in 2019 and 2022.
Heading into 2025, where the World Championships will be held in Tokyo, Japan, the American looks determined to claim another double to further etch his name in the history books.
Lyles revealed on Monday how he is planning to start his season with some indoor meets as he builds up towards the World Championships that will take place in September 2025.
“I will do like a few meets indoors. Like I am for sure going to do the Boston Grand Prix and I might do Milrose but I can’t see it that much unless coach is like yo, go for it,” Lyles revealed some of his plans during a training session streamed live on YouTube on Monday.
The American had a mixed bag in 2024 when the Paris Olympics was the main focus, managing to edge out Jamaican Kishane Thompson for 100m gold, but was floored by Botswana’s Letsile Tebogo in the 200m, which was seen as his bread and butter.
