Lyles and Bromfield have already began preparations, eying a 2026 wedding.

Olympic champion Noah Lyles and his Jamaican fiancée Junelle Bromfield are well into their wedding preparations, gearing up for their big day.

The couple, who announced their engagement in October 2024, have already started planning what promises to be a memorable event, eying a 2026 wedding.

During a recent episode of Beyond the Records, a podcast hosted by Lyles and fellow Olympian Rai Benjamin, the topic of wedding advice took center stage.

(function (v, d, o, ai) { ai = d.createElement('script'); ai.defer = true; ai.async = true; ai.src = v.location.protocol + o; d.head.appendChild(ai); })(window, document, '//a.vdo.ai/core/v-pulsesports-co-ke-v0/vdo.ai.js');

The episode featured track-and-field power couple Hunter Woodhall and Tara Davis-Woodhall, who are also married. Benjamin seized the opportunity to ask the Woodhalls for tips for the soon-to-be newlyweds.

“Interesting question for you guys,” Benjamin prompted. “So you guys are married, and any tips for Mr. Lyles here? He’s on his way.”

Hunter Woodhall’s response was straightforward, stating, “I mean, for the wedding, get a good wedding planner.”

Tara Davis-Woodhall echoed his sentiment, elaborating, “Yeah, just spend the money on a good wedding planner. It saves you all your headaches because you will just send your mood boards or whatever you want and just say yes.”

She added a lighthearted note, saying, “And just tell them you’re an Olympic gold medalist. You will get a lot of things for free.”

Lyles chimed in, sharing his own experience with the perks of being a world-renowned athlete.

“I have been getting a lot of that. We’ve gotten like five resorts in Jamaica saying that they would host us for free. Yeah, it’s like, that is great, but I think we’re going to do it in the US,” he said.

Lyles and Bromfield’s relationship has flourished over the past two years, with the couple recently moving in together. Their engagement marked the next step in their journey, and the advice from their fellow Olympians will undoubtedly come in handy as they navigate the intricacies of wedding planning.

With their wedding on the horizon, fans and supporters of the couple eagerly await more details about their special day.
