Alfred has been celebrated since returning home on Tuesday when she was welcomed by a convoy of 40 vehicles followed by two national school rallies, a visit to a school where a mural of her was unveiled before Friday, which was a national holiday already stamped “Julien Alfred Day”, that had a free concert.
