The Olympics bronze medalist is oozing confidence after returning to where it all started as he looks forward to success under veteran tactician Stephen Francis of MVP Track Club.
Olympics 110m hurdles bronze medalist Rasheed Broadbell is delighted to link up again with veteran coach Stephen Francis of the MVP Track Club after ditching Reynaldo Walcott.
Broadbell is among high-profile Jamaican sprinters who quit Walcott’s Elite Performance Track Club, alongside Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce and Elaine Thompson-Herah in October, in search of new tactics to improve their careers and has decided to return to familiar grounds.
Linking up with Francis will offer him an opportunity to work with a man who was instrumental in the formative years of his career as he looks to win another medal at the 2025 World Championships in Tokyo, Japan.

Elaine Thompson-Herah resurfaces online following rumors of finding 'new home' in Florida
Five-time Olympic champion Elaine Thompson-Herah has broken her silence following rumors of finding a new coach in Florida.
“Our goals have been aligned since I was there [MVP Track Club] at the end of 2019 so I don’t think anything has changed per se. We both share those goals and with the help of his experience and everything about track and field, those goals can come to life next year,” Broadbell told the Jamaican Observer.
Broadbell also won gold at the 2022 Commonwealth Games after which he claimed national titles in Jamaica in 2023 and 2024 and is the third fastest Jamaican over 110m hurdles with his 12.94 seconds, achieved at the nationals in 2023, as well as being one of seven men to dip under 13 seconds.
Francis appears to be the main beneficiary of the fallout at Elite Performance Track Club with Fraser-Pryce also linked with a possible return.
