Sha'Carri Richardson is not playing about her femininity and has revealed how her strong faith in God is nurturing her.

Sha’Carri Richardson has become a huge fan of tapping into her feminine era and in her recent interview with Essence, she opened up about ho maintaining her strong faith in God makes it easy for her.

The reigning world 100m champion claimed that there is no baggage in her life when she chose to walk the feminine path and so far, she is winning. She revealed that being in her soft girl era has helped her build connections and be there for her family like never before.

Sha’Carri Richardson further noted that she has been able to connect with her partner Christian Coleman in a different manner, something she is certainly proud of as she cited them as wins in her life.

The 23-year-old pointed out that she has also changed some aspects about herself including not always looking forward to protect her emotions and keep silent but this moment in time, knowing that she has the ability to express herself fully.

“I feel like in my spirituality, I’m aligning myself with keeping my faith. When it comes to my family, I’ve grown closer to them. I love the fact that in areas of my feminine side, I’m thriving. Connecting with my family, with my relationship, just different things that—I know if I wasn’t an athlete, these things would still make me me,” Sha’Carri Richardson said.

“I felt like I had to protect my emotions, because I had to protect everything else around me first. And so I definitely feel like now, emotional stability is not a defense. Emotional stability is understanding myself—and expressing myself in a way that it can be received.”

She added that embracing her feminine side has also helped her view life differently and beyond her losses and wins on the track, she has other things to be proud of. Sha’Carri Richardson does not allow some things to get to her like back then.

The Olympic 100m silver medallist revealed that she is not surviving, she is living her life unapologetically. She has also been able to nurture other relationships with her training partners, something she proudly says.

“I just feel like everything in my life is brighter now. I don’t have any darkness weighing me down, even within myself. I’m just at a different point in my life, where I’m not in survival mode—I’m in a loving energy. I love taking care of my family. I love taking care of my training partners. I just love the fact that I’ve been blessed to be in a position to show that divine energy,” she added.
