Jackson was one of Junelle Bromfield’s cheerleaders and would always comment on her Instagram posts but that stopped earlier this season. People were also expecting the two-time world 200m champion to be present during her engagement but she was a no-show.
Junelle Bromfield has also remained silent on what might have happened between the two despite their once-strong bond. In a previous interview with Sim Soul Sessions, Shericka Jackson became vulnerable and opened up about the struggles she experienced in her friendships and how she found it difficult to open up to them.

Shericka Jackson spoke about the moment she had self doubt and how she managed to overcome the issues.
The two-time world 100m silver medallist pointed out that she feels lonely at times but at the end of the interview, the interviewer attached some video clips from some of Shericka Jackson’s friends including Junelle Bromfield.
“Hi Shericka…I’m here to let you know that you are amazing not only on the track but off the track and I’m so happy to be your friend because guess what, I know that you strive to be the best that you can be in everything that you do and that includes your friendships and your family and everything,” Junelle Bromfield said.
“You are just so amazing overall and you are a warrior and I can’t wait to see what you are going to do next year, you’re going to shock the world. You are a warrior, a fighter and I love you Shericka.”
Their relationship might have been put to the test following Noah Lyles’ sentiments in a podcast earlier this year.
Lyles revealed that he knows many secrets about the MVP Track Club courtesy of his fiancée Junelle Bromfield. He had intel about Shericka Jackson, Elaine Thompson-Herah and Kishane Thompson.
“Junelle and Elaine used to be very close friends in 2021 since they trained together and then she became close friends with Shericka, they are still close. In the series you also see Junelle doing Shericka’s hair. She was just buying wigs for Shericka to take to the Olympics,” he said in part.
