You Tube star IShowSpeed is now dreaming big after a close 50m dash against Olympic 100m champion Noah Lyles.
You Tube star Darren Jason Watkins Jr., popularly known as IShowSpeed or Speed has made bold claims about running the LA 2028 Olympic Games after a close 50m dash against triple world champion Noah Lyles.
IShowSpeed expressed his desire to compete in either a 100m race or 200m and it’s a project he has set eyes on, pointing out that it would be nice for him to become an Olympian especially of a short distance.
However, many might ask whether he would even get through to the semifinal since the US trials are always like the Olympic Games or World Championships itself and one has to be fully prepared for the daunting task.

“In 2028 I’ll be running the Olympics for sure…I don’t know man, that’s too long. I’ll maybe do the 100m, 50m and maybe the 200m. you know what I mean, I’ll do the 100m then,” IShowSpeed said.
This comes days after he challenged Noah Lyles in a 50m dash where the winner would walk away with $100,000 sponsored by Mr. Beast, another leading You Tuber.
IShowSpeed had a great start from the blocks as the reigning Olympic champion dilly dallied and he maintained his speed to the finish line. However, Noah Lyles being a specialist in short races knew when he would beat him and did not look tensed throughout.
As they approached the finish line, Noah Lyles outsmarted the You Tuber and cut the tape first. After their clash, IShowSpeed made claims that Noah Lyles is afraid of racing him again and that is wanting.
IShowSpeed urged Tyreek Hill, who has a showdown against Noah Lyles next year, to make sure he competes against him before racing the three-time world 200m champion.
