Divine Iheme could be a name everyone is talking about in the future; British sprinter has been compared to Noah Lyles after breaking 100m and 60m world records for his age category
Four months ago, Great Britain's sprint sensation Divine Iheme shared how sprinting legends Usain Bolt and Noah Lyles have fueled his meteoric rise on the track.
At just 15 years old, Iheme has already begun carving out his name in the annals of athletics, recently breaking the 60m world record for his age group on January 5 during the BFTTA Indoor Series in London.
Iheme stormed to victory, clocking blistering times of 6.71 and 6.72 seconds in back-to-back races, shattering the previous record of 6.74 set by J-Mee Samuels in 2003.

'Isla’s strength inspires me every day' – Paula Radcliffe opens up about daughter’s cancer journey & London Marathon dream
Paula Radcliffe has shared her emotional journey as her daughter Isla, a cancer survivor, prepares to run the London Marathon.
Despite his tender age, Iheme’s performances have drawn comparisons to reigning Olympic 100m champion Noah Lyles, with some dubbing him the "new Noah Lyles."
The teenager, however, credited his idols during a recent interview for motivating him to dream big and chase history.
"Noah Lyles is a great athlete and he's given me a lot of confidence to pursue this career, run quicker, get a better time. I feel like it gives me the confidence to break more and more barriers as I go through my journey," Iheme told Sky Sports in a recent interview.

'I can definitely put a downpayment on two' - Noah Lyles explain reason he wanted to compete in four races at the Paris Olympic Games
Olympic champion Noah Lyles is chasing Usain Bolt's records and wanted to achieve something the Jamaican has never attained in his career.
Bolt's records will take some time before being broken and Iheme has revealed how he used to watch a lot of the Jamaican races. This, he said, has helped him adapt to the technical and tactical demands of sprints.
"I try my best to slingshot off the bend in 200m and continue holding first until I cross the finish line," he maintained.
Iheme is already fourth on the UK 60m U18 all-time rankings, 0.02 off Mark Lewis-Francis' record of 6.69 set in 1999.
Last year, Iheme ran 10.3 over 100m, which was almost one second quicker than the best time Olympic champion Lyles managed at the same age of 14. He also believes he has a unique and inimitable running style, much like the world record-holding Jamaican Bolt.
