Olympic champion Noah Lyles has given his fans an insight into the kind of music that inspires him during training.

Olympic champion Noah Lyles is back in action after a well-deserved break, and he’s giving fans a glimpse into the music that fuels his daily training.

The reigning 100m Olympic champion, fresh off his triumphant performance at the 2024 Paris Olympics, has been turning to a new track for inspiration as he prepares for an action-packed 2025 season.

Lyles clinched the gold medal in the Paris 100m final, edging out Jamaica’s Kishane Thompson by the narrowest of margins.

Both athletes clocked an impressive 9.79 seconds, with Lyles taking the top spot in a photo finish while American sprinter Fred Kerley completed the podium, earning bronze with a time of 9.81 seconds.

To cap off his stellar Olympic season, Lyles also claimed a bronze medal in the 200m, placing him as the sprinter to beat going into 2025.

As he returns to training, Lyles has revealed a favorite track that keeps him energized, a remix of South of France by American rappers Future and Travis Scott.

“It’s been playing 24 hours a day in my car and on my headphones just constantly on loop,” he shared in recent training video.

“I probably keep it on loop for seven playthroughs, go to another song, and then come back to it. It’s a new song. The original version was on Future’s last album, but he just released the remix about a week ago.”

His return to training is on the back off a break that saw the reigning world champion keep in sprinting shape with a charity race.

Lyles made headlines, participating in a 50m charity race against YouTube star IShowSpeed. The event, officiated by renowned content creator MrBeast, highlighted Lyles’ playful side and his connection with fans beyond professional athletics.

With the 2025 season on the horizon, fans eagerly await Lyles’ return to competition.
