'Be like Arsenal fans'- Ferdinand Omanyala issues rallying call to his supporters ahead of busy 2025 season
Ferdinand Omanyala has urged his fans to support him through both victories and setbacks, just as Arsenal supporters remain loyal to their team despite challenges.
Africa’s fastest man added that a slight mistake might change everything and he has to be cautious if he has to maintain the top spot.
“I just want to get into the next season with more positive vibes and knowing that you cannot be comfortable at the top of the table because everyone wants that position. Any slight mistake will definitely throw you off,” Ferdinand Omanyala said.
“I don’t have any plans because it’s been two and a half weeks since I began my off season so I don’t have any plans for next year yet but of course in January, I’ll have plans. We take a six-weeks off and then around November or December, we start building up for the next season.”
Meanwhile, Ferdinand Omanyala started his season with an impressive indoor tour where he finished an impressive fourth in the men’s 60m at the World Indoor Championships in Glasgow, Scotland.
