The world 10,000m silver medallist has so far only lost one race out of all the races she has competed in this season.
Reigning Boston Marathon champion Hellen Obiri is uncertain about the next marathon she will race in since she has so many options at her disposal.
Obiri revealed that she will discuss with her coach, Dathan Ritzenhein, to know the best marathon to compete in before the year ends.

Kipyegon, in a span of one week, managed to break the 1500m and 5000m world records.
“We have not yet decided on the next marathon I will be competing in. I have to sit down with my coach…we have so many options so it’s up to us to decide the best race for me. We will announce soon and hopefully, it will be this season,” Obiri said.
She revealed that going forward, she will be keen to invest her time in training in Boulder. She revealed that she will be based in Boulder, Colorado and her next race will be a 10km road race in August as she gears up for her next marathon.
“I will be training in Boulder…probably in August I will compete in a 10km race as I prepare for my next marathon,” she said.
The world 10,000m silver medallist has so far only lost one race out of all the races she has competed in this season. She opened her season with a win at the Ras Al Khaimah Half Marathon and New York 21km. She then went on to reign supreme at the Boston Marathon.
She then jetted back into the country for the Kenya Defense Forces Championships where she won the 10,000m race.

The last time a Kenyan won the men’s 10000m race at the global event was during the 2001 World Championships.
Her first and only loss so far came during the New York Mini 10km race where she finished second behind Ethiopia’s Senbere Teferi. Her recent feat was during the Boston 10km race.
She revealed that maintaining her form needs a lot of investment in training. She added that she has to keep going since everyone is watching and expecting great results from her.
“I need to work extra hard because a lot of people are watching me. Everybody is aware that you are doing well and they are going to watch your moves…so you have to make them happy and be consistent,” she said.
