In her first competition after the World Championships, Ese Brume bounced back to finish in the top three position at the Xiamen Diamond League.
The Nigerian long jump queen leaped a distance of 6.71m to finish third in the women's long jump event, behind world champion Ivana Vuleta with 6.88m and Burkina Faso's Marthe Koala in 6.77m.
