Clash between Noah Lyles & Tyreek Hill nearing fruition as fresh details are unveiled

The highly anticipated race between triple-world champion Noah Lyles and NFL star Tyreek Hill is nearing confirmation, as both have agreed to compete in the sprint showdown.

Fans are set for an exciting show as the highly-anticipated clash between triple-world champion Noah Lyles and NFL star Tyreek Hill is one step away from happening.

As quoted by The Mirror, Super Serious, a company co-founded by megastar Terry Crews, has been in talks with both Noah Lyles and Tyreek Hill and they have agreed to race each other. The race between Lyles and Hill will be part of the Duael competition with the series focusing on Olympic runners competing against other professional athletes in an elimination-style tournament.

It was further noted by Flo Track that Crews received a verbal confirmation from Tyreek Hill concerning the clash while Lyles has already signed on for the project.

“Super Serious, co-founded by Terry Crews, will host a race between Noah Lyles and Tyreek Hill as first reported by Ad Age. The race will supposedly be a part of Duael competition and specifically the 'Super Serious On Sight' series which will feature head-to-head competition in an elimination-style tournament between Olympic racers and other professional athletes,” a post on their X handle read.

“According to the Ad Age report, Crews said that Tyreek Hill has verbally committed to race and Noah Lyles has signed to compete.”

Fans will be thrilled to see who is faster between Tyreek Hill and Noah Lyles after a verbal exchange that saw the former ask for a race against Lyles. It all started when Hill claimed that Noah Lyles faked having tested positive for COVID after losing the 200m title at the Olympic Games.

“Noah Lyles can’t say nothing after what just happened to him. He wants to come out and pretend that he’s sick... Just speaking to what you know about, and that’s track,” Hill said at the time.

“I would beat Noah Lyles. When I beat him, I’ll put on a COVID mask and let him know I mean business,” the Miami Dolphin’s star asserted.

In response to Hill’s sentiments, Noah Lyles said: “What’s that guy? What’s the cheetah guy from football? I can’t remember his name.”
