Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone is listed to compete in her second 400m race of the year at the NYC Grand Prix.
World 400m Hurdles record holder Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone will be making her second season appearance in the 400m flat at the New York City (NYC) Grand Prix on Saturday, June 24th.
McLaughlin-Levrone made her season's debut in the same event at the Paris Diamond League, where she finished second in a Personal Best (PB) of 49.71s.
Marileidy Paulino clocked a Meeting Record (MR) of 49.12s for the win while returning former world champion Salwa Eid Naser was third in 49.95s.
This time around, McLaughlin-Levrone will face a less-stronger field, going against sprints sensation Gabby Thomas, Charokee Young, Lynna Irby-Jackson, Kendall Ellis, Ashley Williams, and Junelle Bromfield.
