The Olympian is enjoying her off-season in the Maldives after a stellar performance in track and field this season.
200m Olympics champion Gabby Thomas has shared her recent escapades on holiday, revealing what she has been up to in her off-season.
The American sprinter who concluded her season at the 2024 Athlos NYC is enjoying her vacation at a resort in the Maldives.
Thomas shared details of her stay at the resort through her Instagram, depicting numerous intriguing activities.
"Waking up with coffee and an ocean view is truly my happy place. The resort booked me for Cryo this morning and I have actually never done Cryotherapy. It was definitely freezing but I loved it," shared the sprinter in a reel.
The track-star underwent a series of test ad movements of athleticism at the resorts' biomechanics lab.
"Then they took me to my D-wall appointment which was essentially a biomechanics labs right here in the resort. It was super informative as I looked my hip imbalances and where I had strength and power."
"My left hip was definitely obscenely tight but my strength and power score was definitely above average. There shouldn't be any surprises given my job," she added.
Thomas also indulged in the resorts tea-tasting, which is a process experiencing and describing your cup of tea.
