Sha'Carri Richardson reflected on her doping mistake and apologised for letting others down.
Others who have signed with the track league as racers include Olympic 100m bronze medallist Fred Kerley, Olympic 200m silver medallist Kenny Bednarek and Olympic 800m silver medallist Marco Arop among others.
Now, Michael Johnson has shared what he wants to achieve next, bragging about his track league: “All I want for Christmas is 48 of only the fastest….oh wait…I’m that person who has everything! @GrandSlamTrack.”
The track league has yet to announce the 48 challengers for each slam and fans can’t wait to see who will be in the line-up.
There was an uproar about why bigwigs like Sha’Carri Richardson and Noah Lyles were missing from the list but there is more to come and they might just be announced sooner or later.
The triple-world champion expressed some level of uncertainty about joining the league since he wanted to know about the accessibility.
Olympic 400m hurdles champion Rai Benjamin also had doubts concerning the same but Michael Johnson remains confident in his project and there might be something cooking.

'I've been hearing this'- Junelle Bromfield hints at an African country as next vacation destination with fiancé Noah Lyles
Junelle Bromfield has hinted at where she is considering having her next destination with her fiance Noah Lyles in Africa.
“It starts next year and have you guys, I haven’t heard anything about a TV deal in all honesty. I really don’t know. So that’s all I gotta say about that, to be honest. But I don’t think I will sign,” Benjamin said.
On his part, Noah Lyles had also expressed uncertainty in an interview with ESPN, saying: “Personally, I just need to see a TV provider. The problem with our sport right now is we have great performances but nobody is able to see it so until I'm able to hear that TV sponsor, I don't know if I can make a decision on that yet.”
In a past interview with BBC Sport, Michael Johnson shared that he did not include field events since they are not suitable for a TV set-up since they are quite long. This seemingly confirmed that he had already addressed the doubts.
