The 29-year-old added that nutrition and his mindset remain a huge aspect of his lifestyle, on and off the track as he extended a hand of gratitude to all the people who have made it easer to be a sprinter in Kenya.
“Every training session is a test, a test of how much more I can push, how much stronger I can become and how prepared I am to handle the challenges ahead,” Ferdinand Omanyala said.

Ferdinand Omanyala then proceeded to the ASA Athletics Grand Prix 2 where he claimed top honours before competing at the 3rd National Trials in Kampala, Uganda, winning the 100m and 4x100m.
