The Chiefs sank Buccaneers 30-24 on Monday night at the Arrowhead stadium to clinch their eighth consecutive victory.

Kansas City Chiefs’ star tight end Travis Kelce has credited the team’s unbeaten 8-0 record to a deeply rooted winning culture at the club after Monday's electrifying overtime victory against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at the Arrowhead stadium.

Kelce has emphasized the crucial role of the team’s leaders and the influence of head coach Andy Reid in building a mindset that continues to drive their success.

The 30-24 victory, sealed by a touchdown from Kareem Hunt during Monday Night Football, highlighted the Chiefs' impressive season.

Kelce explained that the 'winning culture' within the Chiefs’ stems from a foundation set by Coach Reid and other key leaders and is reinforced by the trust shared among the team.

“It’s a culture in KC, man,” Kelce told ESPN at a post-game press conference on Monday night.

“It starts with Andy Reid, it goes to Spags, and then to the offensive and defensive leaders who’ve been here winning championships," he added

"From there, you just believe in each other. You have faith, and then you add a few guys like Kareem Hunt and DeAndre Hopkins and all of a sudden, this thing is rolling, baby.”

Kelce praised the energy at Arrowhead Stadium, which he believes contributes to the Chiefs’ dominance, making it a challenging place for opponents to win.

“When Arrowhead is rocking like it was tonight, man, it’s hard to lose in this place,” he added.

Monday night's result saw the Chiefs cement the dominance on the league with eight straight wins four of those on the road.
